National activities have included: being elected to the National Council of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA); membership on the “Blue Ribbon” Advisory Board for the Associate Commissioner’s Institutional Federal State Consulting Committee; training activities for the United States Office of Education; and consulting activities for the College Scholarship Service. Dr. Davis was selected by the U. S. Department of Education to be one of fifty-two National Basic (Pell) Grant Trainers.
