Ø student and parentPIN” [Federal Personal Identification Number]. If you do not have one assigned, please go on the web and order your numbers. The address is [PIN.ED.GOV]. PIN numbers are used in place of signatures and will assist in filing the FAFSA data, correcting the FAFSA, adding colleges, and retrieving college award letters and loan documents. (Note: By Federal Regulation, only the student and the parent are allowed to request their numbers electronically.)

Payment is due at the end of the first appointment. Personal checks, money orders, or cash are accepted for payment. The service is structured so as to deliver and process information efficiently. And, by not using credit cards or billing for services, we have been able to keep the cost for services at an affordable level.

The appointment schedule is very tight. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please let our office know as soon as possible. Your call will allow us to work in the students who are on the waiting list. Note: Should the family reserve an appointment and not show without a 24 hour notice; then, a charge of $50 will be billed and any rescheduling will require an up-front deposit of $100 to secure a new appointment. In addition, enclosed is our new policy regarding missed appointments.

Thank you for selecting/continuing with our service. While we cannot guarantee money for college, you can be assured that you will be given the best opportunity and support for receiving aid for college.

Please call me if you have any questions regarding our scheduled meeting.

Professionally yours,

Dr. Herm Davis,

Executive Director
