Dr. Davis was appointed by Maryland governor, Harry Hughes, to serve on the Maryland State Scholarship Board from 1978 to 1982. He has served as president of the DE-DC-MD Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and as Vice President of the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA) and on the National Association of Financial Aid Administrator’s National Council. Dr. Davis is a member of the National Association of Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC) and the Chairman of the Greater DC Metropolitan Elks Scholarship Program.
